Convert AVI with AC3 sound to miniDVD with AC3

My question is, if it is possible to convert a AVI file with AC3 sound to MPEG2 with AC3 sound and burn it on a miniDVD?
If it is possible, how do i do it?

hi!
i'm a newbie but i think you could use 'TMPGEnc'.
there you can convert avi with ac3 to a .m2v-file!
then you can use authoring-tools (like spruceUP...) to burn you minidvd.
