From Evodemux and into Mainconcept H264 how?

After i have demuxed a HD-DVD with the newest evodemuxer i get:

FEATURE_1_FEATURE_2.DD+.stream.00.mpa (audio)
FEATURE_1_FEATURE_2.VC-1.stream.0.mpv (video)
FEATURE_1_FEATURE_2.Subpicture.00.sup (subtitle)

Then i try to open the mpv file in Mainconcept H264 Encoder V2.1, i get a message saying no video data found?

How do i get this working?

it propably doesnt handle vc-1 input or evodemux is not able to create correct raw vc-1 streams
