Hi

I just want to be able to edit HD 720 x 576, 50fps, AC3 2ch with some audio silencing, audio fading, maybe some transitions etc. Will then Xvid it to 4.4GB & burn.
This is source from DVB-T HD & semi HD broadcast. (Aust)
Also; I want to edit HD 1920 x 1080, 25fps, AC3 3/2ch (5.1) incl audio/transitions.

Whats software can pull all this off?
Have been using Ulead MediaStudio 7 (but cant do 1080).
Tried UMS8 (but cant do 50fps & AC3)
Adobe Prem 1.5 (does everything BUT want I want)
VideoRedo *ACE* :) (does it all but no transitions :( )

Any Idears, what are people using ??
Thanks in advance.
