I have X-Men3 movie stored in TS container and I want to demux all audio streams. Dgindex demuxes (Demux all tracks) only first DTS stream but does not see rest of streams (2nd is AC3 5.1).

You might check if DVBstreamexplorer is able to demux the different audio-streams from your ts-file. Source:
www.dvbstreamexplorer.dk
You can set it to use a ts-file as source instead of a DVB-card.
Or Elecard XMuxer from www.elecard.com

I have found a good solution. I remuxed TS to mkv using h264tsto. Once I had mkv I could extract all audio streams using mkvextractGUI.
