Dr. Divx, No Insane Quality

Ok - just installed Dr. Divx (latest version). When trying to set the quality (Advanced - Video Presets - Encoding Presets) I am not able to slide the slider past Extreme Quality.

Here is the confusing part... I have it running on another PC and I have no problem. I.e. I can select Insane Quality. It can't be performance based, as the working PC is both slower and has less memory.

Where did I go wrong?

Stupid, obvious question that still needs to be asked: Are you sure that your DivX Pro license code has been properly registered on the machine giving you trouble?
