When I created a dvd movie from an avi file, the audio track was terrible, with hisses and cracks. How could I demux the audio track from the avi file, which is fine, and apply it to the VOB's?
I have VirtualDubMod and avi2dvd but I wouldn't know how to use them in this case.

I also have Womble mpeg video wizard but I would have liked to avoid going through the step of creating an mpg file from avi.

Hi!

1) When you originally created the .AVI of this movie, presumably from your DVD, what audio format and settings did you use?

2) What software and procedures did you use to create a DVD from your .AVI?

3) What is the Title and Region of your original DVD?

4) Why don't you just make a backup copy of your original DVD?

Hi,

I got the avi file without the DVD.

Please ignore the question which started this thread as I have mixed up 2 different situations.

Thanks for your help.
