I see a lot of keys around for blu ray. I only have a ps3 and I can make an iso out of the blu ray disc but I cannot decrypt anything without the keys. Wondering if there is any reason why disneys dinasaur doesn't have keys listed? Maybe works differently?

In order for a particular key to be listed, three things need to happen:
1) Someone has to have the necessary hardware to read the disk, correct disk, and desire to back it up. This already rules out many people.
2) Someone has to figure out what the key is, and
3) Someone has to post the key in the apropriate thread on this forum, so it can be found, and added to the list.
In case of HD-DVD, hardware required to read the disks (ie XBox 360 drive) is cheaper then a playstation, and can be connected to a general purpose PC. The last fact is what makes it easier to intercept communication between legitimate software and the drive, in process obtaining the keys need to decrypt the software.
Since Blu-Ray drives for PCs are more expensive, fewer people have them, and are capable of contributing to the key database.
So on to answer your question (Which is actually a request for key weiled as a question, tsk-tsk): Noone decrypted this movie yet as far as we know. Since noone posted saying that "I can't decrypt this movie with the tools, here is what the disk file layout looks like, here are the errors, suggestions what i should try next?", we do not know if it's due to a technical problem with existing software for disk decryption, or if it's just a simple fact that noone had the right disk, right drive, and inclanation to back it up.
What can you do?
If you are a programmer familiar with Linux, consider reading up on Blu-Ray, and attempt to write a Linux implementation of the software player. Necessary keys obtained from valid software are disclosed in this forum, which means that you can duplicate the communication between the drive and the software, and convince the drive to provide you with the keys. Since PS3 can run Linux, this method will allow you to access the drive and obtain the keys you want.
Hope this helps.
