Problem with portable dvd player

I have a portable dvd player that
plays movies in 'green'.
The dvd player is about 6 months old
and purhased brand new on Ebay.
Tv reception is also a green colour.
It was working fine until the other day.
Any help appreciated.

Find out who makes it and contact them for a warranty (or if you're lucky, a firmware patch or reset code).
