I got a Dual Xeon and want to use all of xvid!!!

I've got a dual proc xeon system and want to make sure I'm getting the most out of both CPU's.

I'm using Digital Media Converter with the XVID option.

I downloaded the latest xvid from koepi's site.

Is there anything I need to do in order to make sure it uses both CPU's to their fullest?

Looks like Koepi's latest build is 1.1.2 which does not support multiple threads. You need a recent 1.2CVS build, then you can set the number of threads in the VfW config.

Or try the "ELDER" encoder which encodes segments of the input clip in parallel and finally join them up.
