Here's what I have:

A DVD that has audio streams on it, but for some reason no audio is playing when I play the movie. I think that the tracks have to be remapped to the video. I'm pretty sure that there actually is sound data as the audio takes up ~200mb.

Demux the elementary streams using PGCdemux and then play the audio file and check if thats true!!!

Hi!

1) Does the DVD's "Setup" (or, perhaps, "Audio"/"Language") menu reflect one or more audio choices?

2) Is one of them "DTS"? Does your system include "DTS" playback ability?

3) Have you tried using either the onscreen menu or your standalone player's remote control to select a different audiostream?

Late reply here, but I demuxed an ifo and found that it did indeed have audio associated to it.

What would the easiest way to go about mapping the audio correctly?

I'd appreciate it if you would answer the questions I previously asked you:

1) Does the DVD's "Setup" (or, perhaps, "Audio"/"Language") menu reflect one or more audio choices?

2) Is one of them "DTS"? Does your system include "DTS" playback ability?

3) Have you tried using either the onscreen menu or your standalone player's remote control to select a different audiostream?

Also, what is the Title and Region of the DVD?
