I haven't seen any topics with a video as messed up as this. Or if there was I haven't searched hard enough, and sorry in that case.
Trying to fix this old video I found on my hard disk.
I tried RemoveGrain & DeNoise. The filtered vid looks more or less the same as the source. No point posting a screenshot of the filtered since it's almost the same.
