Well, after hours of endless searching, I am going to ask for a piece of advice :p

Please, is there someone using Firefox who knows an extension/add-on enabling you to sort open tabs and/or detect exact duplicates in them? Eg. you open 10 tabs, then you are somewhere in the middle and open the page you already have opened, eg. Google. Then you would like to find and close the duplicate tabs found. Or just sort them by title/URL... :thanks:

Hi,

Not sure it answers your problem but I use TabMixPlus and it can have a pop-up menu listing the tabs so, at least, you can sort them :)

I use rev 0.3.5.2 with FF 2.0.0.2
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1122/

Hi and :thanks:
I have tried TabMix Plus today and removed it shortly after
However, where do you see the option to sort the tabs?

Translation from french rev:

Menus "Actions" (n°2)
tab "functionalities" (n° 5 and last)
check ctrl/tab "display a pop-up menu of the tabs list" (n° 5 of check boxes)

No warranty, I don't use that functionality.

Thank you, unless I am overlooking it, it doesn't allow sorting :(
To give you some idea I might be dealing with more than 50 open tabs at one session... or more.
