I have a bunch of avi files that don't fit a dual-layer dvd for a few Mb and I just want to reencode all files with a lower file output size for each file, removing like 25mb from each file and then it will fit the dual-layer dvd.
What app do you recommend that allows me to reencode a bunch of avi files in bath mode where I can pre define the output size I want the files to have?
I already tried MediaCoder, but it didn't really work, for some reason, I can't seem to set the output file size correctly, can't understand why... Also tried AutoGK and it was the best option so far, cause it was very easy and fast to configure, but for some reason the video/audio was not synced...

Hi!
This appears to be another version, with the "bad bits" now omitted, of an earlier post that you made at:

I am sorry that offering help to process such materials is also a violation of the forum rules.

if you hadn't been stealing illegally pirated versions of copyrighted material, chances are you wouldn't be having these problems to begin with. let that be a moral lesson.
quick, go buy it on blu-ray before the gestapo comes to your house

bla bla bla bla... did you said anything?
From a forum where every possible crack/hack comes to life when a new media for movies and such is developed (such as the recent blu-ray and hd-dvd) you guys have no moral at all, so gimme a break... yeah yeah, you can come up with fancy words saying that it's in fact legal what they did and whatever, but the bottom line is, your helping pirates, pirate movies in hd-dvd and blu-ray. it's just the way it is, either you want it or not.
Oh, and, sorry, but I don't take more lessons from ANYONE!

If you want help, this is certainly not the way to ask for it. Do you honestly think somebody is going to give you advice with this kind of attitude?
I will.
Think before you post, and read the rules.
That's all there is to it.
This thread will be closed soon...

The thread was dead. There was no reason to revive it just to post that.

If you have an issue with the rules, there might be forums that will help you out there, just understand that this isn't be one of them and leave it at that.
