How do I create a AVC/H.264 in TS, just like a DVB recorded file...
I tried creating a .mp4 using megui/x264 and used VLC player to wrap it in MPEG2 transport stream, but the resulting file does not play correctly.....
Is there a simpler way to do this ? tools?

You need an H.264 compatible transport multiplexer, such as Elecard XMuxer Pro + AVC Plugin, or Manzanita Muxer.

Sorry I'm not the original poster but I do have the same problem.
I tried both.
XMuxer only once produced a workin .ts, other times just hangs or even crashs (when a tried to use it in Graphedit).
Manzanita demo only muxes 10 seconds and is way too expensive.
ffmpeg and VLC produce non working files, even they can't play then.
All I want is to mux one H.264 stream with a .AC3 stream in a TS, with correct timings.
If you have any other idea, please help...

XMuxer works if you get the fixed *.ax files from them. I forget the details but I got them and it works for me.
I have access to Manzanita as it was purchased by my company.
I also have a utility we got from one of our customers, but I cannot distribute it. :(
Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions for you.
