HI, used anydvd to rip my hd-dvd to HD, the film plays fine using power dvd 7.2 and the "open movie from folder" option, but when I open the .evo directly I get colour banding, audio is fine though, if I demux the evo file, the .vc1 plays fine, no colour banding, but I want to be able to play back the .evo file, anyone have a solution, is there still some sort of macrovision protection on the .evo file?
Thanks..

If by "color banding" you mean horizontal lines of green and blue on black, then this is a known problem with PowerDVD 7.2. Power DVD 7.2 uses hardware accelleration of the video card, and displays that when the video card is either unaccelerated or doesn't support HDCP (sorry, not sure which one exactly, as my video card is both unable to do HDCP and is not listed as supported by Cyberlink HD Advisor). If you mean something else, I apologize that I can't help you.
