Hi,
I've been using this tool for some time now and I thought that perhaps other people might find it useful, too. So, here is the release.
You just start the tool and minimize DVD-RB while encoding. After 2 encoded segments the tool shows the remaining time that DVD-RB needs to finish the encoding process. It gets better the longer the encoding runs (for only one encoding process its precise from the beginning).
You can minimize the program to the system tray by pressing the OK button, then you'll get the remaining time in the tray icon tool tip. Or you can minimize it normally, then you'll see the time in the task bar.
EDIT: I just released a version (DVDRBEndEstGraph) that can show you a graph for every guess the tool does for the finishing time of the encoding process (like on the picture below). You'll notice that the guess gets pretty good after 10-15% of your encoding process.

So, here is the download:

DVDRBEndEstGraph (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/dualdvdrb/DVDRBEndEstGraph.zip?)
