removal of I-author and Tsunami

Congratualtions on the removal of those two programs. Tsunami MPEG Encoder threatened doom9 to remove hosting it so now that's one less lawsuit to have to worry and sweat about :D . But the biggest is the i-author (which had us all kiss CDMage goodbye too) which leaves only CCE the commercial software required to use. DVD2SVCD instead of getting more bloated seems to be getting leaner and optimizing the heck out of it and turning GUI into Command Line Interface programs. All the "unintentional features" introduced along the way made for a bit of a bumpy ride but ot sure is worth it for the slew of new capabilities, features introduced. Thanks for the nice words :) And I have another surprise soon, I hope, which will mean much less space footprint (eg. using less diskspace). Thanks to a couple of really nice guys.
