I just burned a tv show into dvd, but home dvd played with gray color and flip screen

The screen showing grey color(black and white). And screen keep on flipping never stop.

I downloaded with video_ts format. And I am guessing the dvd is pal format so causing this result.

Can anyone confirm the problem for me? Any what is the solution to convert between PAL and NTSC?

I think you don't understand. This tv show is considering legal. Those are people record from one of the channel through tv cable. And convert into video_ts. You could find it everywhere in youtube,.... If you don't believe, I could send you screenshots.

On top of that, the tv show is Chinese. This service is so popular in China. It's for people who don't have time to watch the show. They record it and share it. So you could still watch it after.
