In PGCEDIT I have a movie that has studio intros after the menu but before the main movie. It is "Cell #1" Cell 2 starts the movie. So I removed Cell 1 and the movie plays fine now as I want it to but when selecting "next chapter" it always goes back to Cell 2, if not pressing next chapter it plays straight through.
I know I messed something up as far as the chapter selection in it as I got a warning or two, but I was unsure of what to do about them.

Found a guide to "Blank cell" not sure if it does the same thing, it looks like it replaces the cell with a blank cell? But anyway it worked that way and I guess since I did not mess with the structure the chapters work fine now.

Well, try to pay a little more attention to what PgcEdit is telling you... its a little cryptic, but it should point you to where you need to go.
After you removed the cell, the "Edit Chapter (PTT) table" button should have been highlighted in bright red, begging to be clicked on. If you click on that button, you can edit the table to "fix" all of the chapters.
Just remember that the table assigns Programs to Chapters, and that you assign Programs to Cells in the main PGC editor window. The button on your remote actually jumps Programs, NOT chapters; however, in most DVDs, 1 chapter = 1 program.
And yes, probably the easiest way to do what you wanted to do is to just blank the cell using VobBlanker. As you mentioned, VobBlanker will blank out the cell without making any changes to the (logical) structure.
