I am using dvd maestro to author a dvd with mpg2 video and DTS audio. My DTS file reads that it has a delay of 340ms, and looks like this:

Minority Report DTS T03 DELAY -340ms.dts

When I try to set the change the video timestamp offset it is in the hh:mm:ss:cc format. I have tried to enter 00:00:34:00 and 00:00:03:40 and neither have corrected the problem, my audio is still not correctly synced with the video.

How do I correctly enter the delay time, or do I have to edit my DTS file to get rid of the delay? If it is the latter, can you suggest a program to edit the DTS file.

To get rid of the negative delay in Maestro you have to use an external prog such as Delaycut (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/tools/delaycut_1212_exe.zip)

for positive delays mark audio stream in movie window and enter the number of frames (340 ms ~ 10 frames NTSC or ~ 8 frames PAL) in the "Start Location Counter" field on the top of the movie window.
