bad header

i've tried to rip the subtitles from "time to kill" with vobsub.
but it said that there is a "bad header".
what means that?
i've ripped the VOBs correctly to my HDD and they work.

Try using VobSub directly off the DVD. You just have to run a program like SmartRipper or a DVD player to authenticate the Drive.. And then VobSub can rip the subtitles directly off the DVD Drive.. I had the same problem once when i ripped the Vob's to my harddrive and doing them directly off the Drive corrected this.
