error collecting header extension

i am very well aware that this has been addressed and fixed before.. however I got a copy of this movie from a friend that they converted to NTSC so it would be watchable but it does not quite fit on a dvd-5 so instead of messing with a total redu I thought I would just re-encode the credits. However I cant get past this point in the film. Is there an easy fix or is the file fubar'd???
