Hi
Was wondering if it is possible to add borders with tempgenc.
I've converted a divx to VCD and due to the overlay of the TV, bits of the picutre (top, bottom, left, right) get cut off (not due to 16:9 source) so i wanted to add some borders so i could watch the whole picture on my TV. Now i know tempgence does add borders when choosing various settings but i have not seen a way to specifically add small borders around the entire picture.
Is this possible? Or am i going to have to resort to panasonic?
