mux ts & ac3 ?

I m lookin for a way to mux a hdtv file ts or mpg with 2 ac3 track ( 2 languages )
I have tried xmuxer , mpgvcr , nothing get me a workin file , and neither offer the possiblity to add 2 audio track
any help ?

aftyer installin a lot of appz i found out that TMPGEnc MPEG Editor 2.0 Trial Version allow to mux 2 ac3 track in a hdtv file
