Recommended TV Tuner card for game consoles

Hi all, after settling down for a 20.1" LCD monitor I want to be able to use it for playing console games (ps2, dc, etc) and watching TV.
The problem is that very few reviews mention playing games on these cards and the few that mention it, report delays that make the cards unusable for such a thing.

What cards do you guys recommend for console gaming?

I would recommend a scan line converter instead. I purchased one for work to connect a security system to a VGA monitor. It has two separate, switchable inputs and one VGA input and output - turning the device off returns it to normal PC use.
