I'm having problems getting an MP3-WAVE to sync up in the new version of Vdub. Anyone else played around with it yet? Seems as though the sound is way out of whack.

I was having the same problem, the audio is not even close to being in sync with the video. I could never pin down the exact problem. Whether it was me, the video rate, or the fact that it was compressed first. But I am still experimenting, but I had not thought that it could be a bug in VD.
If I use an uncompressed wave from dvd2avi and allow VD to compress it then it works. However, I am hearing crackling in the audio which was not in the original wave file this does disturb me. I really could be a bug.

I've had this problem too.Try Nandub to sync audio and video(and also to split up the avi)

Thanks guys but I know Nandub works. I'm just wondering what the heck happened in this new "bugfix" version though of Vdub.

Hmm I hope this isnt true, havent done any captures since I installed 1.4.8, limited hd space. May have to test this out in a few.
