Util to reflag Aspect Ratio avail?

Got some home movies shot in 16:9 anamorphic that I recorded on my E20. The only problem is that the E20 automatically flags everything as 4x3. Is there a utility out there that will reflag these to 16:9 so they will get letterboxed correctly when played on a 4:3 tv?
