Major Audio Problem/syncing problem

I encoded a movie using CCE. Everything went well. However, when I burned the CD, the movie is jumpy. When I fast forward one speed (not full speed, but slow forward), it plays normal, but the audio and video is out of sync. I looked in the FAQ and forums, but I can't find an answer. I burned the first CD at 16X, but I looked in the forum and someone stated I needed to decrease it 4X, which I did, but it still plays the same. Can someone please help me out?:confused:

I love the program. I did everything in accordance with the guide. When I burned the CD, I have the following problems. The movie has a jerky motion. However, when I fast forward (not real fast forward, but scan), it plays OK, but the audio and video is out of sync. I am using a PIII 800, 256M RAM. Initially, I burned the CD at 16K, but I read in the forum, to use 4K. I did that, but i still have the same problem. Please Help!!!:confused:
