Xvid 2 pass question.

First of all, sorry for making another topic but it was getting out of theme.
Anyway I have a question about 2 pass.
1) Can you use it in batch mode and if so how?
2) Can I 1st pass a big file and then make smaller segments of the same file while only 1st passing the whole thing once?

Why always that I choose to make 100MB segments it makes them in 90.5MB instead and the beginning is blurry ;_;
Am I missing a codec or a driver?
