I'm tryin to merge 2 file *.mkv with mkvmerge GUI
without any success , can anyone can tell me if that appz can do that or even guide me

Never done that with mkvmerge GUI (do you have the latest revision 2.0.0 with the update from the 1st Februar?), but I had no problems with AVI-Mux GUI (the name is misleading, yet it's a good application for both AVIs and MKVs).

With mkvmerge, you need to use the append command (also a button in the GUI). Otherwise it muxes them into two separate tracks.
