Nero Showtime DVD Video Plug In

Hello,

My HD broke and I have been re installing sofware and hardware.
Found my Nero OEM Suite 2,UPdated it and installed it.
Tried playing a DVD using Showtime and it says something about needing a DVD Plug in.
I try to open tghe sitethat I am directed to and nothing happens.
Can someone explain what is going on?
I have never needed any plug in before?
Just tried using a brand new version of Nero 6 and the same thing happens.
