'StatsFile not found' message

i try make a dvd from an .avi file with sustitle with TMPGEnc 4xpress and WinAvi 6.3 but the same prg give me this error...'StatsFile not found'...any suggestion?...thanks...(i use K-Lite Mega CodecsPack 1.63)

Make sure the name and directory of source file is in English.
And you can try v7.7 (http://www.winavi.com/avi-to-dvd.htm) of winavi.
