I have an H.264 bit stream (annex b) which contain skip frames (frames which were not encoded, and there is a gap in the frame number). when I am trying to convert this stream into a 3gp files using mp4creator 1.5.01 and this command line

>>mp4creator1501.exe -create=EncoderStream.264 -variable-frame-rate -force3GPCompliance stream.3gp

I get this error message:

>>mp4creator1501.exe: Must specify frame rate when reading H.264 files

Does anyone know why? I know that the relevant info (frame number) is in the bitstream so there should be no problem.
Also it works great with MPEG4 bit streams.

Thanks,
I checked the faq and installed AVIsynth, but still Have some difficulties with creating timecode files to work with ZMI script.

If I have CFR mp4 files contain 264 bitstream.
can you please write here a brief "HowTo?"
