cannot mux x264 video+aac audio

i compressed a video clip using x264 in virtualdub.i also compressed its audio to aac.but i cnt mux it into mp4 using yamb.why?

try to extract the raw stream of x264, then try to mux the raw stream (don't forget the fps) and aac audio into mp4 file again.
