PAL DVD MOVIE BACKUP to NTSC

I just came from a trip from europe with some dvds that seems to be in pal video mode, original and backup doesnt play on my stand alone dvd, is there any tool to convert its video mode but keeping its dvd structure, menu, etc ?

Evidently you don't understand what's involved. Here's one guide that's about as close to getting it right as I've seen (and it requires a $2000 program to work):

Wouldn't you rather go down to Wal-Mart and buy yourself the latest $60 Philips DVD player that can play your PAL DVD?
