ASF (WMV) metadata tag editor

I'm looking for a decent freeware metadata tag editor for the ASF container (.wmv extension WVC1 encoding) file format. I want to be able to set the pixel aspect ratio (AspectRatioX, AspectRatioY) as well as the more common meta tags (i.e. Author, Year, Genre, ContentGroupDescription, etc.) Any suggestions on some apps that can do the job well? :thanks:

For most properties you can use MetadataEdit.exe from the WMFSDK11. To change the pixel aspect ratio (AspectRatioX, AspectRatioY) you need wmvarchanger. I've posted it here in the forum.
