Hello, I'm relatively new to DVD Ripping, though I do know as much as to create an MPEG2 file using something like DGMPEG Decoder. I'm using AVISynth and Virtual Dub to handle the encoding. I'm working with anime, and I've Inverse Telecided the video, though no matter what I do I cant seem to get rid of this sort of noise. I've even ran a deinterlacer on both blend or interpolate after the inverse telecide, with a low comb-threshold, the results were this sort of noise still existed.

I also want to add that this noise is not a result of deinterlacing or any filter. Its present in the raw video stream as well.

I've attached a screenshot of the problem. If you have any AVISynth Solutions it would be greatly appreciated.
