rempeg unsupported resolution

Getting a few problems getting Rempeg to load some
m2v files ripped with Smartripper, rempeg starts
analysing the file but then stops with the error
'unsupported resolution'

Does anyone have any advice or a fix for this ?

Secondly, remuxed the m2v file for The Score ok but
no way can I get either SpruceUp or Scenarist to
accept the ripped ac3 audio stream, anyone else had
this problem ?
