tcpdeliver.dll and color-rgb.avsi

i would like to know what is the function of tcpdeliver.dll and color rgb .avsi,i use seesaw and limitedsharpenfaster in ffdshow for the reading of my movies,tcpdeliver and rgb.avsi are they necessary to me:thanks:

TCPDeliver is for processing parts of a video on another system, and won't work or realtime watching. Colorrgb is just a bunch of color names, in case you want to use them for, say, bluescreening.
