virtual dub vs. 3gp

I'm looking for some tutorial, how to convert *.avi file
to *.3gp... using virtualdub

someone can help?

you need to work with x264.exe and yamb

i do believe what I can encode the streams in virtual-dub
or even graph-edit
and then mux them to *.3gp somehow - using same graphedit
i only need appropriate encoders

which i failed to find

x264vfw... but please don't use it

(anyway search for death the sheep build)
