VideoReDo can convert a ripped DVD to a .mpg file. Are there any other programs that can do this?

Use DGIndex to demux the audio and video. Then remux them with Imago Muxer. Both are freeware.

I'll give them a try. I saw on the internet a free program called VOB2MPG that I'm going to give a try too.
