hi all

just wondering if anyone of you could help me out here

i am using diko with procoder to encode my file but it seems that i am not able to have hi bitrate with procoder running under diko ans using Avisynth filters but same settings with cce whorks fine using high bitrate

any idea how to improve the bitrate in procoder using diko or how to set procoder in CBR mode
