I just installed latest Haali Media Splitter and now when i drag movie window to TV (extended desktop), BS.Player (2.10) crashes. With previous Haali, player only crashed when i dragged window back to monitor. Now it crashes both ways. This is odd, because Haali changelog says this:

28/12/2006 [DXR] Moving window to the secondary monitor is properly handled now.

BSPlayer (AKA Bull$hitPlayer) is buggy as hell... did you try with different players like ZoomPlayer or MPC?

I tried with MPC and it don't crash. But with MPC i have to drag whole player to TV, so i cant control (pause, seek...) player via monitor.

with ZP you can do this (detach control bar)

I now installed ZP and have one problem with it. When play avi with 2 audio tracks, it always plays the first track and i can't change it. Menu "stream selection" is greyed out and if i set preferred stream to English or 2, it still plays that 1. track.

Edit: Ok, i had to change audio decoder back to default from ffdshow's. But i still can't get preferred track/language to work. I'm tried to change it to english or stream 2, but it always plays that first track.

It's not a problem, it's normal to work that way when using avi files and Microsoft's avi splitter.

Previous post - exactly!

Morgan Stream Changer (or sth similar, don't remember exactly, 'cause I haven't used things like that for many years ;) ) highly recommended, if you really can't use MPC (it's got its internal audio stream splitter and changer).

good luck & cheers

Stay away from "Morgan Stream Changer" ! Evil inside !

Use players with built-in audio stream switchers like MPC or ZoomPlayer for avi files.
