maestro media error

Sometimes I got the error message "Media Detection Error" when I'm importing media assets either an .ac3 or .mv2 files, but sometimes I don't get the error even if the files which I'm importing is exactly the same (usually after several times reopening the DVD Maestro program). Is there a bug in DVD Maestro? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
