You do not state what kind of noise you are facing, can you try to give more infos and/or screenshots?...

I want apoly filter in real time (using avisynth in ffdshow).I haven't cpu's problems

I got a very good quality with gradual denoise+soften low pass filter+denterlacing

I want apoly filter in real time (using avisynth in ffdshow).I haven't cpu's problems
After 10mn I have only 2/3 of the picture(too big and not in jpg). I see some grain and luma noise with some chroma artefacts and rainbows ...
For playback you'll need other advices than mine.
Anyway for grain/noise, you can start with removegrain() or degrainmedian(); it will soften the pics so maybe you'll want to sharpen; there are some sharpener filters in FFDShow or you may want to try the script Limitedsharpenfaster() or seesaw()
