MP4Box -raw xxx input.mp4
Where xxx is the track ID...However, if you don't like command line tools, there is a GUI for MP4Box :: Yamb. ;) Within the 2.0 it's more than easy to do that...

Your MP4Box build is old or new ?
Upgrade only to Yamb 2.0 should be enough...
