Is ADVC 50 to DVR DV IN possible while capturing?

For ADVC 50 owners...
ADVC 50 captures analog video that can be saved to pc as DV using its Firewire output.

Can this Firewire output directly be connected to Firewire-in of a DVR?

If not, do I have to send the PC captured DV back to tape and then connect this the camera to the DVR?

yes, it can be :)

it's probably safer than going to PC first - as you've got far less risk of dropped frames and shiz.
