run-time error 5 and asian encoding

When I launch dvd-rb, I got "run-time error '5'" and the program quits. I saw a similar post in another forum. You said it is due to Asian encoding. However, I really want to keep "Language for non-unicode programs" to Chinese. Will it be possible for you to solve it in dvd-rb?

Unfortunately not. I was well along in the development when that issue was first reported. While it isn't impossible to correct -- the amount of work is huge, as a large percentage of the modules would have to be completely rewritten.
