transcode on cygwin

hi

i'm trying to compile transcode on cygwin or mingw ( if you have on visual c++, or others windows compilators, i take ;-) ) ( on windows xp ) with no success for now.

for cygwin, after days of looking, it compiles but i have still errors

is there an examples 'howto' somewhere ? did you find a way to compile transcode on windows ? any help is greatfully ask
