Well I finally got Nero to work but one big problem although I burned the disc correctly It doesn't play correctly in my DVD Player Drive. OK When I put it in my DVD Player Drive you hear alot of weird noises like it's trying it's hardest to play it,Now it either Plays or says "Disc Read Error" If it does play though the movie will play straight for like 10 seconds, until pausing randomly ,then it either plays again until it pauses 5 times through the whole thing. Now Im asking is there anyway to make the Disc play smoothly?

You've probably either chosen poor-quality media or you've burned at too high a speed. Read blutach's Golden Rules of Burning. (http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=49635)

Hi!
1) Does your source .AVI play properly on your computer?
2) Does your burned DVD play properly on your computer, using a software DVD player (such as WinDVD, PowerDVD, or VLC Player) to play "As DVD" (NOT simply individual .VOBs)?
3) To determine the capabilities/limitations of your specific brand and model of standalone DVD player, as well as media compatibility, go to:

You may have used too low of a burn speed. A lot of 16X media can't be burned reliably below 4X. In addition to setarip_old's suggestions, post your Nero burn log (after deleting your serial number). You also might consider allowing Nero to output to an .ISO file and burning that separately with ImgBurn.

But I heard that the lowest speed gives you best performances but I never thought about the iso method. I'll try it!

OK I told it to pu the files in a certain folder on my desktop, then I use ImgTool (Which I always use and it actually makes good iso's for me) then burn it with Alcohol 120% (I did this before and the other DVD's Played, so hopefully it will work)
EDIT:It failed...Disc just makes weird noise until it says Disc Read Error.
EDIT: X2 OK I have good News and Bad News...(I used Nero Burning Rom) Good news is that it now the DVD actually plays withou a hitch (Only stopped once after playing it 10 times!!! (First try just the noise,2nd try DVD actually plays)...bad news is that it still makes bad noises in the PS2 and that concerns me if it's messing up the drive.

In the absence of you specifying what media you used, it sounds like you've had a lucky burn with bad media. What media are you using?

I used avi.I did mention it earlier :|
EDIT:Wow I finally got it to play correctly turns out that maybe I had so much open space or as people said, bad files...either way I had to add more space just to get my own DVD to play.
EDIT 2: OK Now that I got the DVD to run correctly I have one more noob question,Why are files so big >_< Seriously because I have 1 avi file which is only 140 MB (Only runs for 30 mins) and it comes out as a whole GB,although I have no problem with it honestly it makes me concerned if I can actually fit a movie on one disc (600-700 MB)

This makes no sense at all. People asked "what media are you using," which means the brand of blank disks. You're also completely misunderstanding what you're doing with Nero which is converting an .AVI video file to DVD-compliant MPEG-2, which is why a 30-minute file is 1 GB. That's perfectly normal.

You would achieve far better quality if you returned to your original movie disk and used DVD Shrink to make a movie-only backup. In most cases you can get significantly over 2 hours onto a disk without noticeable quality loss.
